Stock Meaning

In Stock – This is in stock in store and available for immediate despatch (See below for kayak/canoe delivery timescale)

Available to Backorder (No Date Given) – This is available to order and due into stock within 1-4 weeks

Available to Backorder (Date/Month Given) – This is available to order and is currently with the manufacturer awaiting for us to collect and we will collect by the end of the month given

Out of Stock – This is out of stock and we don’t have a given restock date as of yet (we may still be able source this but please call or email for further details)

Delivery Details

Kayaks and Canoes

All kayaks and canoes and any accessories ordered with them will be all delivered together, we deliver all of the kayaks and canoes in our vans which are out on delivery runs every week, we endeavour to get all kayaks and canoes delivered as fast as possible but this does take approx 1-3 weeks for all kayaks and canoes.

Backordered kayaks and canoes can take approx 1-3 weeks after the end of the backorder month to be delivered.

We contact all customers prior to delivery and deliver Monday-Friday, we can not accommodate customer asking for only specific day delivery or specific times but we will do our best to work with all customers in order there kayak or canoe is delivered as best day/time as possible.

As we deliver all the kayaks and canoes ourselves we know that they get there in the best possible condition that they can as we only deliver these nothing else and we have been delivering kayaks and canoes ourselves for over 10 years now.

On the odd occasion we use a trusted specialist courier to deliver where times are likely to fall out of our timescale but we would notify you if this is likely to happen.

Kayaks and Canoes to go out to Northern Ireland will be dropped off at a special courier for onward delivery.

Small Items – everything except kayaks and canoes

All small items will be despatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce within 24hrs of ordering excluding weekends and bank holidays.
