Stock Meaning
In Stock – This is in stock in store and available for immediate despatch (See below for kayak/canoe delivery timescale)
3-14 days – Kayaks/Canoes – This is available to order and is currently with the manufacturer awaiting for us to collect and will be delivered as soon as we possibly can, normally within 3-14 days from order unless specified
3-7 days – Kit/equipment– This is available to order and will be with us within 2-4 days and delivered within 3-7 working days from order
Out of Stock – This is out of stock and we don’t have a given restock date as of yet (we may still be able source this but please call or email for further details)
Kayaks and Canoes
All kayaks and canoes and any accessories ordered with them will be all delivered together, we deliver all of the kayaks and canoes in our own vans which are out on delivery runs every week, we endeavour to get all kayaks and canoes delivered as fast as possible, delivery normally takes 3-10 days but can be more in busy periods and also for remote areas and (Northern Ireland and other Isles information below)
Backordered kayaks and canoes will be delivered as soon as possible after we collect them from the factory, we do receive the kayaks in during the month also so kayaks can be delivered earlier than expected also.
We contact all customers prior to delivery and deliver Monday-Friday, we can not accommodate customer asking for only specific day delivery or specific times but we will do our best to work with all customers in order there kayak or canoe is delivered as best day/time as possible but any days/times outside of our normal delivery days will incure a charge if the customer requires a weekend delivery.
As we deliver all the kayaks and canoes ourselves we know that they get there in the best possible condition that they can as we only deliver these nothing else and we have been delivering kayaks and canoes ourselves for over 12 years now.
On the odd occasion we use a trusted specialist courier to deliver where times are likely to fall out of our timescale but we would notify you if this is likely to happen.
Kayaks and some paddles going to Islands off the UK Mainland can only be delivered to a freight forwarder for onward delivery to any Islands at the customer’s cost, customer to arrange this with the courier.
Kayaks and Canoes to go out to Northern Ireland are delivered free of charge to Northern Ireland and are dropped off at a special courier for onward delivery.

All small items will be despatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Fantastic Boat.
I am a reasonably experienced canoeist. I have spent my earlier life having fun with white water. Now decided I’d like to get into some canoe touring. I wanted a boat which would cruise along easily – but which wasn’t an absolute out and out touring/sea canoe . So I chose this boat and it hasn’t disappointed. With skeg up it is reasonably manoeuvrable and with it down and slices through the water in an efficient fashion. North East Kayaks were efficient and speedy with the deliver. Overall I really recommend this boat.

Purchased my red Stratos at the beginning of July after lots of research including viewing Ken Whiting’s video test. It has fully lived up to my expectations. Rock solid on the Thames as passing ‘palaces’ cruise by and easily capable of lugging my camping gear. Tracks well and very comfortable. Looking forward to next year’s trip down the entire Thames and some inshore paddling. Highly recommended for a beginner (me) and the more experienced (watch Ken’s video!).
